David Kimble, AIA

Mr. Kimble received his Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Michigan. He is a certified architect with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the Congress of New Urbanism (CNU). Mr. Kimble is a licensed architect in Michigan, Georgia, and South Carolina.

In 1989, David Whitney Kimble launched a general architecture and planning firm in the Northern Michigan resort community of Harbor Springs, Michigan. He has provided innovative architectural design for over 400 projects in Michigan and the South. His firm continues to provide professional design services for both residential and commercial clients throughout the Upper Great Lakes region.

Caroline Kimble, ASID, CKBD

Caroline Kimble is a registered interior designer with the State of Michigan, a member of the American Society of Interior Designers, as well as a Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer with the National Kitchen and Bath Association. Well versed in several areas of interior design from residential to commercial work, her career began while living in Southern California where she studied design and worked in the industry. After returning to her home state of Michigan in 1991, Harbor Springs became her home, as she continued her career and eventually started her own company in 1997. She also holds certification with the National Council for Interior Design Qualifications. Her work has been featured in national magazines as well as receiving design awards. She is enthusiastic about her work and loves collaborating with different clients and types of design, creating beautiful and functional spaces. “No two projects are alike, and I love seeing the final project come to life and the client’s dream fulfilled!”
