Traditional Lake House Before and After
September 2, 2020 4:46 pmThis cottage features a great room concept with the living, kitchen and dining areas all open to one another. The original kitchen was dark and lacked proper lighting as well as functional storage. We really wanted to brighten this kitchen up and we chose a creamy sand colored cabinet with a brown glaze to keep it warm, blending with the pine paneling and wood accents through out. Quartz countertops add contrast and the stone tile backsplash adds depth and blends nicely with the cabinets. New lighting was added, as well as under cabinet lighting to assist with task lighting. New wood floors enhance the overall theme of this rustic cottage on the lake.
